  • Evening Foreman
    On-site, Les Cèdres Under the supervision of the Production Director, the Evening Foreman will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production, maintenance, sanitation and janitorial activities taking place outside of regular daytime production hours. He will also have to monitor activities with the supervisors and/or directors of the different departments on the day shift. Main responsibilities Supervise the work performance of all overtime employees in the different departments. Collaborate with the supervisors of the different day shift departments. Ensure you have the right number of employees to meet the needs of each department outside of regular production working hours. Ensure close management of arrival and departure times of employees as well as subcontractors at the workplace and ensure follow-up with the right departments. (Payroll, quality, production, shipping.) Ensure that evening and night employees as well as subcontractors respect the HACCP plan procedures issued by the Food Quality Control department. Supervise the smooth running of the activities of the external sanitation team by ensuring that all procedures, recommendations and schedules included in the company's HACCP plan are respected and also ensuring that sanitation rigorously handles related requests cleaning and/or inspection of drains, water pressure or any other requests made by the company. Be in charge of alarm center calls occurring during the shift.
